I can assure you that we take a very dim view of directing and inappropriate comments or behaviour.
However as i have pointed out in the past it is not purely a moderation issue- you are all members and can explain to folks what is not acceptable. You can also report abuse!!! - preferably with specific details.
Not everyone knows how the chat room works (even though there is an explanation) and some do take a little help with understanding.

Some folks are trying to exploit the chat room for intentions that go against the rules but others who mistakenly say the wrong thing are being pounced upon immediately. i like to think that is cos folks on here are not so quick to judge purely on size (think that might be a touch of the wishfuls though)
