Neil, could I make a suggestion coming from someone who is having to stick with a budget at the moment.
Do your Tesco shopping online. You have more of a selection, you can pick the time you want it delivered (anywhere between 7am-11pm) and your shopping cart gives you a tally of how much you are spending. I find this works for me as I only end up buying the things I need rather than all the stuff I see and I think looks yummy! Plus on a lot of items they have a box where you can search for cheaper alternatives if you are really conscious of sticking to your budget.
Plus this could work well for you if you are at home looking after the kids and you don't need to drag them around the supermarket.

I agree with crystalpd. I reckon that only a very small percentage of the odd members are actually active. Even 5% would probably be guessing too much. So many people come on here, have a nosey, sign up for the hell of it and never come back again. this is why I would like to see the 'last seen' bit on the profiles to be changed in order to more accurate. I mean it really can't be that difficult. Last seen 'more than 2 weeks ago' is really not terribly helpful. I mean they could have signed up once a year ago and never came back or they could have simply been on holiday for a couple of weeks. The tag on a profile telling us whether a member is a free member or premium member s a start though. But still, the membership numbers are very misleading.
Everyone who has ever signed up to SP since its inception is probably still listed in that number Blonde (including AT LEAST 100,000 who never had any intention of actually doing anything other than getting some cock pics out into the public arena and then never re-visiting the site ever again).
Its a valid question though. The cynic would say that Admin can use those numbers to run a PR spin on the site "having the biggest membership in the UK" or being "the UK's most popular swingers site" when in all reality, there are probably only about a thousand (if that) active users to the site (paid and free) and of those maybe two hundred and fifty paid up members (guess) who actively chat, use the facilities and arrange meets.
Therefore, is quantity better than quality?
Hundreds of thousands of inactive members should not a swingers site be based on...

Come on the IVOR lol Well thanks everyone, many interesting points there, the general consensus seeming to be if you have insecurities, you could be heading for trouble!! ... We had someone throw a hissy fit in the chatroom once over a jokey comment that some guy made... so we thought oh dear avoid them then lol ... strange thing is though, despite avoiding them the person still has to do the sarcasm thing in the chatroom ... are we bothered? lol no it's amusing but insecurities make people do the strangest things ... you have been warned :grin:
:rascal:We had MOTM in our first month here ... ok we were using the chatroom and cam regularly but it was something we weren't comfortable with and were more than surprised about. I think jels bells is right, mostly pic collectors do the voting, but that's not to have a go at the people who genuinly vote for the right reasons. As there's no proper criteria for this "acolade" then things won't change ... but do we care? do we fook! lol
The plot is getting thicker .... how come the photos for the 'new' MoM have only just recently been 'added' yet they have had already over 550 viewings? Not that I am jealous or having a go (never spoken to Princess but am sure she is very nice) but for other members surely this smacks underhand tactics or ulterior motives??
P.S Admin - can you at least respond to our previous query on voting numbers, give us some guidance on how this can happen or tell us where we can get the info????
