Assuming you have the extras pack, which you need (doh!) you also need to have the latest version of Java. We had a similar problem and I emailed Admin and I think they sent me a link.

How about only allowing free members 20 views of profiles and then they are locked out until they become members.
Not sure if free members can use the Forums or Chat, but allow them to view but not post and no access to chat.
Something to weed out the fakes maybe? Or are the fakes only free members? Fake couples who are actually single men....SP requires a phone call from the female while signed in so they can check stuff?
Easier access to emotes in chat!!!
