on the side bar entitled 'main menu' the top option is search members- you can type a name in to that, using the advanced section

tbh i think there are quite a few on here being very patient with you
whilst it is good that admin knows the situation with the chat room crashes i really don't think that repeated posting in the forum is the most efficient way of handling it and i can confirm that they are well aware
