I've been to quite a few and it is quite nerve racking going but once your there, like the socials, everyone is very warm and friendly because they are there for the same reasons. Agreed - Last Sunday in Stevenage was my first social (hence the Vodka) and don't mind admitting (for a single guy) quite nervous however, it was one of my best nights of 2009 as I made some great new friends. The whole night was just awesome and could clearly see the amount of trouble Jeff had put in. Really looking forward to your next event. Nigel

I would also like to add that this was my first social and I don't mind admiting a little nervous however, everyone was really friendly and approachable and thoroughly enjoyed myself. I'm thinking about staying two nights too as the drive from Southampton will be a killer on Friday. So I am thinking about booking the Friday & Monday off work so I can make a weekend of it. Hi, as the title says, another new guy- so be gentle. Interested in finding out the do's and dont's so as not to offend anyone.
