I just wanna say a little somehting about some of the people I/we have met on the site.
When I joined (Mrs Crystal) I was the usual nervous and excited but people I met and have chatted to made me feel so relaxed and it was good.
When we met people for the first time (Newcastle 07 YAY!!) we were again nervous and excited and again were welcomed and lost our 'couple virginity' and it was great.
When I (Mrs Crystal) was down and troubled, having had my first baby, I was retreating, shy and nervous all over again.....and found that some of the most caring genuine people who helped me and astounded me were some of the people from this site. People I have chatted to, some of them I have met and some I haven't. They are the ones that have made me realise there is more to this community than I realised. They are the genuinely great humans beings that have made me also realise that there are still people out there I still need to meet.
And that is ...priceless

Well... we're putting ourselves forward for this again (masochistic side of us!!)
What we want now...
We're proposing to organise another Leeds Social Meet for the traditional February slot and are looking for interest and uptake on who might want to attend. We'll run the poll above over the next month to gauge interest - Saturday 6th February is the same weekend as this year whereas the following saturday (13th) would be a nice lead into the romantic Valentines weekend!
What we don't want now is people posting comments wanting more information in the thread about where / how / why (??) and at what cost etc etc as it's far too early at this stage to get that info.
