Hi and welcome to the site. Just go at your own pace, and if you dont want to do anything then dont, genuine swingers will respect this. One of the best ways and it works for us is to meet socially first. There is a good thread in 'new and nervous' called "chatroom tips for newbies", you will find this at the top. There is some really good tips and advice and a must read. Hope you guys have a good time and plenty of fun.
