We thought a few tips when sending mail would be helpful...
1. The Subject.... A catchy headline to differentiate your message from all the others in the inbox is a must.. We must have 20 messages just titled.... [color="red"]Hi!.[/color]
2. Say something about who you are and what you are looking for. Avoid the one liners.... [color="red"]Nice pics fancy a shag?[/color] doesn't work for us. Be articulate and communicate in English rather than text ([color="red"]gr8 m8!)[/color].
3. Have a profile that says something about you, what you like and what you are hoping to find. The first thing the message recipiant is going to do is check the profile of the sender. The [color="red"]'on this site to get laid'[/color] one line profile won't get you 'laid'!
4. Have some pictures on your profile. No pictures - No reply, simple. Close up Knob or Fanny pics don't really count either. Pictures of clothed or semi clothed bodies are far more appealling and give us a clue what you look like, there is no necessity for face shots as these can follow after the initial contact.
5. Don't message if you live 443 miles away as it's unlikely either party are going to travel that far (or halfway). Unless of course you are Kylie Minogue or Antonio Banderas.

I have to agree with the distance thing, I get messaged and asked to go on meets, im about 350 miles from people down south, who will then go in a huff when i say no, its to far. But why wont these people make an effort to even meet half way, Or to say well we will come up to Scotland to you.
I make a dammed good effort to get to as many as the social meets as i can, and think i manage a dam good job at it. But some people have to realise a wee bit of give and take and no expect us lot up here to have to do the travelling all the time.
When was the last time a pile of people from down south came up to any of the Scottish social. Not very often, many giving the reply, its to far to travel. Well do what i do, make a weekend of it. Have fun. live a little. And dont use Kids as an excuse, I have a child now and still make it down, every now and again.
Sorry that was a rant there, but im sure you get my point. Everyone was quick to pounce on the poor guy who said he was looking for a meet within 20 miles from him. But how many more of you will dare to venture so far from home. Not many, i can tell you. Yes ok, so sometimes a meet close to home is better, but why expect others to keep coming to you. Especially more so a single fem.

last time people came up to Scotland was 2 yrs ago for a social for my birthday, and lots said they would come , in the end about 10 did. So that proves the point.
Does kinda make me wonder why we bother going down south, we pay the extra, take the time, sort the childcare etc etc. Can other folk not do that too.
Oh and I am not appologising for ranting, I am having a shit week and am stressed to the eyeballs and feel like ranting today.
Do you know what else annoys me. When people send you there private gallery and all it contains is fanny and cock shots and not even a facial pic or even a slight pice to show interests or anything. and as Katndel says, no email to follow with it. To me its like i cant be arsed having a conversation with you as never chatted to you in room, never spoke to you via mail, but here is what my cock/fanny looks like. Fancy a shag.

Crikey cc and puss on the warpath lol ..... yeah we get the pg's sent with no message too katndel and normally ignore it, too much trouble to write anything some people lol. As for meets we prefer to travel away from home, stevenage and mk for instance are three to four hours from us, the midlands maybe an hour and a half which is pretty good, but cc and puss do have a point, scotland is a long long way but they make the effort when they can and good on them xxx

Travelling can be part of the fun- whether all the way, half way or to the front door.
Home visits are fun too (except for the housework beforehand)

Totally agree with you and the other posters. May I suggest you add a thread to the FEEDBACK forum and request Admin to remove the ability for FREE MEMBERS to write emails. Let them add to favs by all means, at least you can then see if they are fanciable.
Sadly none of that will stop paid members doing the same.

Lots of good points have been made here. As a married 'single' guy I am happy to take my chances at some of the clubs or spas around, where people can check how handsome and fit I am (lol). However there are far too many couples ticking the 'Single guy' boxes in their profile who are not looking for a single guy. When we search for couples we get loads of people who are NOT looking for someone like us, it gets frustrating. Anyway I hope you realise that only 95% of the single guys on here are sad and lonely weirdos - take care out there all of you! Px
I agree with you there Rookster to a degree, But then you have admitted you are married, and i being nice had a check of your profile. Where yes you are very open and honest about being married(good point there), But then as you say discretion is a must and wife dosent swing. Does she know that you do though. That unfortuanatly is one thing that would put me off, as i personnally would feel, even though never having met your wife obviously that i was cheating her by playing with you. Then again you could have put what alot of peeps on here do, is say that your not married and therfore no one would know, well they would as you can always tell the married ones.
