hey all
we joined about two weeks ago and i gotta say we really are not that impressed with it had a few mails mainly by single guy's (sorry guy's but we are not interested) been in the chat room a couple of times have tried to join in with chat but nobody really tends to make the effort apart from the single guy's are you lot shy,or are we doing something wrong???

Sorry to hear you feel that way kissmybutt. I for one chat to you in the room, as you know, so hope you don't mean that the only ones who chat to you are single guys in a derogatory sense.
Obviously, being able to read (and that means reading profiles!) I am not one of the single guys who has contacted you, as you will know. I know how you probably feel disillusioned by some idiots who don't even bother to read profiles first but, hey, we're not all like that! Given time (and I think that's what you really need to do), I'm sure you'll get to know/meet some nice couples - if not, I'll wanna know why! Things take time here - after all, as you say, it's only been two weeks, hasn't it?
Hope you'll reconsider and hang in there - early days yet.

Kissmybutt I remember seeing you for the first time in the chat room and I gave you some friendly advice about using capitals in the chat room. The response I got from you seemed rather abrupt to me and I panicked and thought maybe I had been too harsh with you. On reflection it appears I was neither too harsh nor were you abrupt - in my opinion when you chat in the chat room or send an email on here tone of voice is EVERYTHING which is why comments can be misconstued. You have an excellent profile which outlinea exactly what you are looking for (which in my opinion is perfectly reasonable - hell we all have our boundaries) so I don't see why you wouldn't thrive on this site. To me you are a couple looking for other couples or single fems whidh, at the end of the day, is what MOST couples are looking for. Stick with the chat room and get yourself known (you have a fantastic profile) maybe even consider the social events listed in the "lets meet up" part of the forum where you can meet up with people from this site socially without the added pressure of "getting it on".

sorry to hear you feel this way. I'm with Cat - I've read your profile, and I. too, happily chat to you in the chatroom in the full knowledge and expectation that you'll not want anything further than that (although some couples do put "no single guys" on their profile to act as an anti-nutter filter..:-))My suggestion would be to just dive in and start chatting - Sam is stunning (in my humble opinion), you have a great profile, and they're lovely people on this site, so why wouldn't you manage to get it together with another couple, given time?...Kind regards, MrB ;)
