Since we've been here we've bumped into 3 old school friends and only last week one of Morks ex girlfriends joined the site (she doesn't know we're here yet because we're hiding! lol)
We ended up meeting a couple that Mork went to school with and had a really great time. However it was a little disconcerning when they told as that his parents were swingers. Morks parents have been really close friends of theirs for years!!! (we don't talk about it! lol)
With almost 300000 users on this site surely people have had 'Far too close to home' experiences???

Twice i've had people off site say "we love you KC"
Once when i was at the bus stop and a bloke hung out of a car window and shouted it. My sis in law said who's KC and i said i dont know he must have been mistaken! and the second time some man opened the door for me and sniggered as i passed and said " loving your work KC"
A little scary but hey ho they didnt announce it to the world and there has to be more than me who has discovered how wonderful SP is !!

about a month a go someone whispered me asking me if it was 'my first name'....i said no.... they said if it was, then they knew me very well.....
i havent seen them since; hope they got as nervous...and i really hope it wasnt my mum or dad lol

I spotted an old friend on cam a while back now, and scared the life out of him when i whispered him his real name and the fact that he used to come to my house, as he was /is good friends with my EX hubby, we now laugh about it and the fact that he's still friends with my ex. Also realised i knew another cpl on here rom years back, there kids played with mine when they were small... ohhh what fun we could of all had back then.
Am sure there are more out there who i know or who know me, not bother by it tho as there here doing just what im doing.

i had a single male come on and said he knew me as he lived round the corner rom me and said he saw me at the local shops often, i never ever did meet him or maybe i did and he never let on it was him. I still wonder when im at the shops who it was lol

bit too close for me was when i had some one ask me if my dad ownd a pub!!......... errr yes he does why ... was my reply.... he is one of the locals at both my mum AND my dads pubs hehe ops way toooooooo close for me. he only thing was i never found out who it was!!

This is so funny, my brother in law works at a local computer shop and am waiting for him to get a pc in to fix and we appear in someones gallery. Dont know how i would explain that one. Just blame it on hubby for doing it without me knowing, ha ha:crazy:

its happened to us too. we were in a club in Leeds a few weeks ago and a woman came over to me and asked if I was mrs cossy. I nearly dropped through the floor. Turns out they were former members of the site and they recognised me from our pics. Talk about panic stricken...turned out ok though ..they were very discreet .

LOL I have often wondered what would happen if people got recognised from here, think I know the answer now. Makes me glad that I dont have any pics on here and when I do go on cam I am always fully dressed lol
:happy:We went to a social back in November on another site we belong to...we were all chatting in the pub when a couple came in, I glanced at them and thought oh its the ****** from **..then did a double take as I recognised my ex chiropidist...and she did the same to me lol we had lost touch a couple of years ago. The worrying thing for us was the fact that she also knows both our parents !! was all ok thou as she doesnt live in the area anymore so doesnt see them...phew...it did panic me on the night a bit thou...
