as someone who has been married for 12 years and very much in love with my husband,it does make you wonder why after a few years most people myself included there ache to find someone new. i believe there is no such thing as being absolutely faithful to one person for your entire life,in life you meet lots of others and attraction happens. if we all looked the same life would be very boring indeed. lust and love are two very separate areas. i would never hurt or take the pee out of my hubby but im a naturally curious person and when i see a bloke i really like the look of i always think hmm what would he be like in bed? im not comfortable with it but your a long time dead and life is too short, what do others think? have they regretted it.

Simple answer YES it is wrong, but I'm not going to judge anyone who does cheat. Would it stop me meeting someone if I knew they where cheating, I don't honestly know, I certainly give it more though but I'd probably still meet them depends on whether I really fancy them. I'm not bothered how they justify their actions it's not me that going to get hurt when it all comes out in the wash, well apart from maybe an irate husband/partner who wants to do me harm, but that would be the risk I took if I met a lady who was playing away.. I've seen similar posts to this on other forums and if a bloke asks the question he is often condemned out of hand yet if it's a female asks they seem to get an easy ride.

What's wrong in your marriage that you can't be honest with your husband? You say you love him, yet you're willing to risk everything for a bit of titilation!?! I'm not judging you in any way, i'm just curious.. I like variety as much as the next person, but have never felt the need to cheat in my life. Whenever things have become stale in my relationships, i've either made the effort to revive it, or moved on. Would i meet someone that i knew was married, and cheating on their husband? No.

I cheated after a few years, and there was something in my mind telling me my wife was. I did feel much better after I came home early and neither of us could help admit we knew she was. There was a difficult half hour, then some amazing sex and a few difficult weeks. It was one of the best things that happened; admitting to each other. I have to say love and lust are not the same thing, but when they come together; it is amazing. Yes, I cheated, I should not have, so I will never condemn anyone for that sin. Travis PS, I can not think of moving on, I never have.

Well now, this discussion has been had soo many times in our house. We came to the decision that there are 3 ways a relationship can go... 1) you start to wish you had something different, and you cant be open enough with your partner, so you cheat, and honestly, you should try honestly coz chances are they are feeling the same 2) you plod when you get bored and the spark goes, so you just go off sex...get home fom work, put on pyjamas, and sit watching telly, maybe get your kicks having a lads/girls night out to have a flirt (make sure you still have it) although this frequently leads to number 1 3) you do this smile ...we both know that the spark will go out if you dont fan the flames, so we , meet other people for extras to take to our bedroom. We decided a long time ago anything you do without your partners knowledge is cheating, this includes sending dirty messages via text, or email. We both do this, but know who when and what :) it works for us xxx

"Is cheating wrong?" Short answer YES! Cheating is NOT swinging in the lifestyle. "Swinging is an engagement in sexual activity with someone other than one's spouse/primary partner, with the full knowledge and consent of that person." To decide that it is only you as part of a couple whats some extra sexual pleasure is a selfish act. Your partner may have the same urges as you. If you love your partner, why not talk to each other about your thoughts about increasing your joint sexual experiences dunno There are plenty of single men and women who are more than happy to accommodate a swinging couple
