Hi Debbie, if you have a couple of minutes to spare, I would be very interested to know how you solved your problem. I have been having terrible connection trouble recently and the whole site just freezes up on me. I usually have to resort to taking the battery out of the laptop cos I cant even log out. Maggie if you go to the contact us on left hand side,then ask admin to help out by opening a support ticket,tell them your problems and they may be able to help.
