Hi guys someone must have been thought this before.
I need to change my card details as the card has expired we are premium members and cannot find anywhere in my profile to change this and iam not sure whether or not to go down the unsubscribe route.
please can anyone help

Hi guys,
I would suggest that you click on the "contact us" section (screen left under Navigation) which gives you an email address - I am sure that admin etc will be only too happy to address your email in private.
One thing I am wondering about is why you would need to change your credit card details. I am not due to renew for several months but from what I recall, it is a "once off" annual fee and you simply enter your card details on a once off basis" - unless system has changed since I last renewed, they take the annual fee in one go rather than monthly.
As I say though, financial issues I think are best resolved through the Contact Us - just give them an email with your username - no password or card details and they will advice you accordingly.
If you are on a monthly contract then the card is charged each month automatically. Cancel membership then do upgrade because you will become a free member at end of the paid up month. Know this cos messed up & renewed on mothhly basis in error to annual cotract.
