I was wondering what everyone thought about the fisting thing? I know it's extreme,but how does it feel? I don't think I could do it without a lot pratice and am afraid of how much it would stretch me out. Has anyone tried it who cares to admit, or have ideas on how to work up to that? Maybe, some veggies?. I would really like to find someone who could enlighten me on it, or even show me a thing or two.

i know there are many articles on the internet but I think this one is informative and cautionary. (hope the link shows - if not email me privately.)
apart from loads of lube and relaxation and trust/communication between partners not to mention trimmed nails, fisting cannot be done overnight. Takes many weeks/months working up to it. yes i would suggest dildos etc and experimenting with 1 then 2 then 3 and more fingers until you become used to it. yes- its a journey to that goal.
one thing to remember is that men have bigger hands the women. thus, sometimes even the most accomodating vagina simply cannot stretch to acccomodate a fist.

Yep, plenty of lube and relaxation. You can't just whack it in! Also, there's a certain technique.... hard to explain.
