Well, I have been on this site for nearly two months now and after taking awhile to get my head around the chatroom I am now getting to know a few people in there and feel like I am finally getting into the swing (no pun intended :haha: ) of things.
I have my first meet set up for tomorrow night (well second really seeing my first one cancelled) and of course I am a little nervous, but definitely excited and am looking forward to it.
I have run all sorts of scenarios through my head in case it doesn't go to plan or we just don't click or get along as well as we do when chatting. But hey, there's no harm in meeting for a drink and see where it leads surely.
My question to you all is... have any of you had a complete shocker of a first meet when you first started out? Now, I am not trying to scare myself or anything. I am just looking for a few interesting, funny, "lesson learnt" type stories here...besides it may raise a few other scenarios I hadn't thought of and it could possibly help any other newbies in the future who come across this thread in the forum.

Have to say no to that one. Had some disappointments but never with actual meets as we tend to chat in and out of for a while so we get to know our possible friends reasonably well before a meet. The disappointments came from canceled meets and lack of follow ups but so far everyone we have met matches their photos (!!!!) and their online personalities too.
We're probably a bit slower to set a meet than some but we're fussy buggers too and need a physical attraction and I guess a mental attraction as well...thus the chat.
Well Olivia I had a shocka,it was me first meet an I can`t go into details on here but I did`nt do enuff to find out about the people. I went to their house an oh fukk me what a disaster,I called 0800 fookin help but they were out.:crazy:

Olivia I would say unless the person has no standards and no morals there will always be good and bad meets, unavoidaable really, everyone can't like everyone, and like it or not, photos and cams can be deceiving lol.
I'm sure you will have a great time with whoever you meet as long as you always keep an open mind, you seem like you have your head screwed on (excuse the pun) You will be fine

We had a bad meet. The night was great and we had lots of naughty fun but there was too much alcohol consumed by them (and we think he was on something else too!). This led to them having a drunken argument over jealousy and he ended up breaking her nose!! We had to take her to her parents and it was such a horrible experience. Turned out that it was mainly him who wanted to swing and she just went along with it. We have also seen this before in another couple so assume it can be common that both are not 100% happy with doing it! We very nearly didnt meet anyone again because of it! All I can say is, be very careful who you meet. Drinking can help you relax but too much can ruin it!

My 1st meet wasn't very enjoyable to be honest, it was really uncomfortable. I won't go into details, but it definitely convinced me that getting to know the people (at least a little lol!) first is a must.
Luckily the 2nd meet was much more fun. :mrgreen:

:evil2:Not a first meet, but we've just had a real shocker. So far we've been so lucky, we've met three lovly single males for mmf, polite, respectful, honest, and fun. We met one this week (off another site) and it was a bloody nightmare,he kept up a running commentry the whole time :-? and obviously "got off" on constantly referring to me as a slut/whore:fury: Afraid that doesn't do it for me, I can be a very naughty girl with the right people:evil2: but verbal abuse and being treated like a piece of meat is a huge no no!! :( .
