chip needs help with laptop cant get in

hi peeps loads of probs was ok 4 a couple of months but suddenly hit probs trying 2 get on site with laptop it doesnt go straight in any more that wasnt a pun but goes up 2 4 or 5 green bars then stop can anyone help please thanks all xxx smile :) :)

does the problem happen all the time or only when the site is busy with lots of people? if it happens at busy times its probably the server getting over loaded.....it sometimes gets slow for me but never fails to load i am a member of a forum/chat room which is currently having server probs due to the large ammount of ppl who are onsite at any one time (2600 one night last week!!), and the server cant take it,......get time outs or failure to connect to database
