cant enter chatroom because

It say maybe you have not got the update version 8 of this link. I went through the procedure to rectify this. I got the message that my actions I took were successful. I still get the same message update Macromedia. Can any one advise please? :-?

If it is any help I spoke to a member the other day and after chatting to her on a chat site found that she thought her temp files were being deleted on a daily basis but obviously not as soon as she manually cleared them she got straight in.
