Via the SP grapevine, I've heard that I may somehow have been a little overbearing with a few ladies at the Newcastle meet at the weekend. I honestly am not aware that I did so, but if I did then I apologise unreservedly to anyone who may have felt uncomfortable.
Anyone who knows me well will know that I try my damndest to be respectful at all times, and I'm mortified at the thought that a few people (and I hope it is just a very few!) are right now thinking otherwise. It's made me feel bad about what was otherwise a lovely weekend.
Once again, sincere apologies, and if anyone who feels that I did behave in such a manner towards them would like to email me privately, I will apologise in person.

If the person(s) concerned couldn't have expressed a feeling of being uncomfortable at the time then I wouldn't worry too much about it. Thats the problem with this site sometimes - 1 word can set off a whole string of chinese whispers.
As for my sweetie mad's suggestion that the complaint may really have been lack of interest? ...possible. At the moment I'm getting quite a few rumblings that jealousy is causing some problems between members. Swinging is so not the right place for jealousy so if that the reason this story is rippling around then those concerned need to think if they are actually in the right place.

Starting to get really tired of the people that seem to get off on starting viscious rumours within this site!

Secondly, please don't think I was starting this thread as a means of shaming people or retaliating. I've reason to believe that I may, actually, have unintentionally offended one or two people on the Saturday night, and I was genuinely trying to apologise if that was the case.
I've done that now, you've all been hugely supportive (which again I really appreciate), and I think it's best if the whole thing is forgotten and we all move on.

Although I may not have been at the Newcastle meet, is this a case of if someone has offended you and everyone else thinks they are OK, then keep quiet? But those who have been offended by someone keep shhhhh or be accused of stirring?
Some people on this site do offend and if you feel strongly enough then you should complain. There are bound to be people who have had a different experiences.
There seems to be a couple of peeps who are held in very high regard by some, but to be honest I have had not the best experience of. Should I keep schtum to keep the peace or should I say all to warn peeps of the potential problem as I would hope peeps would warn me. The one thing that I would say is that the single girls on this site seem to have a good relationship and talk among each other.
I have asked peeps to remove my comments from their profile as I feel that I can no longer 'endorse' them. Remove them or I will get admin to and tell them why! I think this is a reasonable request.
I know I don't come on this site very often now, but it is because some of the people that I held in such high regard & I thought I could trust have shown me a different side. I am a trusting person until someone does wrong to me, then, when the trust is broken I wish no more contact.
If you have been genuinely offended then are you not allowed to air your views? Why is it a case of shit stirring? Is it not a case of warning peeps of your experience? I appreciate feedback & always thought that this site was really good for the girls sticking together and sharing info. I used to be a regular member of this site, but got fed up of the shit stirring. I would love a site where there was no jealousy, no backstabbing and where peeps were true friends regardless of who they had sex with! There is such a rumour machine at work that its OK for idle gossip, but that can really hurt peeps.
If this site returned to the fun loving great friendship that I used to love it for, I will stay a while, if not my membership is up in June.
