Thanks very much Sudsy although we did all that and still had no joy grrr.
I have found out though through the grapevine that anyone who uses America Online will have the problem (just one example of why we are changing providers next week I guess) Apparently they have been inundated with customers who use chatrooms complaining and are working on on the problem to get normal service reinstated. Guess we will all have to be patient until this happens

Thanks Debs, yeah we raised a support ticket marked urgent with Admin yesterday, but still no reply from them.
Pleasures, exactly the same result as we are getting. Admin can we get this sorted please as we've been having problems for well over 24 hours now?

Can anyone throw some light on some difficulties we're having with the chatroom please?
We were unable to get in at all yesterday (grey screen). In the evening we gained access temporarily although chat was freezing constantly and then crashed completely. Now we can't get into chat at all again. This is happening on both our laptop and our desktop. We've run all the diagnostic tests and even re installed flash player. The diagnostics did show that there was an H T T P tunnelling problem, whatever this means.
Any help would be gratefully received, thanks.

WendynSamps I'm eager to hear your recommendations for my cough, Lolly says cream and oh the cough is getting much much worse Lolly n Pete hehehe. Any hands on help to relieve the pressure would be gratefully received purely for medicinal purposes you understand :grin: :evil2: lmao

Mr C asked me one morning next to my bed. It was a small house and he pulled a ring out, tried to get down on one knee but his legs got stuck between the wall and the bed and the ring went flying :doh:. We did soooo laugh that morning. He'd tried so hard to be romantic and I will never forget it to this day. :high-smile:
