Same thing for me in away, after divorcing my 1st hubby, i spent 8 years a single lady, joined a date site, meet a few nice people and some not so nice, The day after my membership stopped i had had an email, could still check out the person profile but couldn't read the mail which he had sent, something told me i had to rejoin, which i did on a 3 day membership which cost me more that way, but WOW it was so worth it, as the mail was from si, we talked for 2 days solid on the phone met 3 days later and he asked me to marry him one month later, we are planing on getting married next year.
so like you say, no matter how long you wait, once you stop looking it comes to you, you just have to belive in your self and what you want, and this go's with every thing in life.
