Have a look in the 'new and nervous' section of the forum, the top thread is called 'chatroom tips for newbies', there is a lot of good useful information in there. When your in the chatroom and you see a gold star next to a name in the chatters box, these are site moderators and they would gladly help you with any questions, advise, or problems.
