Depending on what type of program you are using to save the image in, this problem occasionally occurs.
Please save the image in Microsoft Paint as a JPG/JPEG file type to resolve this problem.
Paint is located at - Start > Programs > Accesories > Paint
Open the image - File > Open
Save the image - File > Save As (locate JPG/JPEG as the file type)

The capacity was unlimited as I thought a few weeks back, there were 70 people sitting in The Pool and 10 people sitting in another room wishing they were in The Pool?
I think the decision is split down the middle whether or not to have a limit or not?
I think the best option may be to create more rooms (which I see a few have been lately) or keep clicking the clear chat button in the chat room toolbar so it doesn't flood your browser :-?
I have no problem putting the limit back or making it slightly higher, I just don't want to see a thread in a few weeks time about not being able to get in The Pool when unlimited amounts of additional rooms can be created...

How constructive.
I have made a few alterations to the chat room code to see if this can reduce the few problems experienced. Just to point out though they have drastically reduced since the new chat room went live.

I'm afraid your assumption is wrong, there is no monthly free trial available and never has been.
Members can register for 7 days, to look around the site and familiarise themselves with the features, and then choose whether they wish to continue the premium membership.
There can be a specific amount of words required when creating a profile but this will not stop members entering any old characters to get passed this.
Thankfully our mods keep an eye out for such ‘gobblydegook' profiles and contact the members accordingly.

I am trying to resolve the problem which is 99% caused by security software installed on most peoples machines. I have had hundreds of cases where members have uninstalled such software and now their access to the chat room has resumed as it was before.
Examples such as Norton, McAfee, Zone Alarm, Etrust have all caused problems.
The chat room needs members to authenticate with the server and such security software is withholding the login information inputted to login the site, hence so many auth error messages.
The link you provide is the same link when accessing the chat room so there is no reason that this should work and the link on the site should not.

Firstly we were having a few problems yesterday importing the new chat room into Swinger Personals but these have since been resolved.
I have sat in the chat room all this morning and it is yet to crash as stated.
The new chat room has received many positive comments which are outweighing the negative feedback and concerns received. The room has more features and I can assure has been implemented in order to improve the site, not cause any problems.
Any changes made are tested before going live, but if any do occur like in this occasion, the whole office work towards resolving them as soon as possible. Our job is to keep all users happy, we will not make any change which will downgrade the site, so any change is a positive one.
The maximum users allowed in one chat room is 70, there are currently 3 rooms therefore allowing 210 users on the chat room. Nevertheless we are working on allowing all users in 1 room.
There is no scam to corrupt peoples' eyesight's, having a white background makes the room a lot clearer and enhances the features.
I do not want any user feeling like that have been ‘cheated', we as a team are simply trying to improve everyone's enjoyment of the site but appreciate any feedback on the changes.

Threads are only deleted if they are not in the best interests of the site or the members. It might be that the thread was started with good intentions but then they get out of control or end up upsetting members if this happens we can remove the thread.
Dont forget the 10 top tips for swinging that some of the members helped put together!. You will see a banner for it every now and then at the top of the site.

The site is slower than normal to a host of new features including the upgrade of the chat room running in the background while they are being tested before they go live. These issues will be resolved in a few days when the bugs are out and the new applications are placed onto a new server.

The site chat room runs on flash communication server we have the best licence with the highest number of connections (unlimited). This alone was 7K, on top of this we have spent a bucket of cash on the actual chat room licence and the development of it. This is even before we talk about our load balaced servers and the pipe they sit on.

Quarter three newsletter 2005
Firstly all the team here would like to say a big hello to all the new members. The site continues to break all our previous records with nearly 90,000 members registered now!
In the last quarter members have told us about making new friends, meeting new people and lots of fun that has been had on this site.
Technical updates
Chat room
The new chat room was installed in the last quarter, it has fixed all of the old problems with profiles ghosting and connection problems that some people had. We know that the new one is better in almost every respect except that it does not yet have multiple rooms or icons. The good news is these are still being worked on and we are hoping to have a complete solution in October 2005 when we will put the final version live.
Video profiles
This seems to be gaining in popularity with over 50 people already using this new service. Anyone can record a video to add to their profile now simply using a webcam. You can also send them as an attachment in your site e-mail. So why not record one now and say hello in person when you send and e-mail to someone on the site.
Private galleries
This new feature that allows you to send other members a link to see private pictures on your profile has also become very popular over the last few months. Once again it is more of a personal way to introduce yourself to people and if you are a little shy about having a picture of your face on your profile you can securely send it this way.
Established members and user comments
The established members and user comments systems have taken a while to get moving from the original 20 or so members that were established by Admin. It is nice to see that now we have already got over 150 established members and over 420 members with comments.
Please give us your feedback on a few ideas
We are thinking about having a discount area on the site that premium members can get certain products. We are regularly approached by swinging club owners, lingerie companies and many other related goods and services companies. We would set this up so we would vet the companies in question and only recommend them if they give discounts to our members. A good example would be some of the clubs that charge £20-30 to get in would take say £10 off entry fees. This site is not about letting people advertise or sending spam mail promoting products, but as a community if we could save you money on related products is that something you would want?. If any of the merchants do not live up to member expectations for service in this area it goes without saying that we would remove them.
If you run a club or sell products that you think our members could be interested in please send details to admin on the site so we can take a look. We now have 90,000 members in our community who could be interested in taking a look.
Official party
We are planning on having a recommended official party for the site members. Can you please nominate existing venues that you would like this to be at so we can look into it along with getting costs.
